Rarely will Richard recommend sale by auction rather preferring to tailor private treaty sales strategies to the client and their property.
Richard believes that this control over the sale provides time to negotiate better outcomes for his clients while providing an opportunity to adapt the sales strategy to meet fluid market conditions.
Importantly Richard believes a controlled sale avoids the potential price impact from a failed auction with prices offered kept in confidence between the buyer, seller and agent.
When not selling property Richard enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife and their two year old son.
